Turn off Handoff for Safari only?

How can you turn off Handoff for one application only? I want to keep it on for most things (like email) but turn it off for Safari.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.6

Handoff without Safari? Is there a way to use Handoff functionality but exclude Safari? When it's turned on, it keeps opening tabs that I am viewing on my iPad on my Mac, without being asked, which is irritating. But the only option I see is to switch off Handoff altogether? (also, this relates to iPad Air 4th gen, but it wasn't in the devices list under the post)

What even is the logic, now, of standard browsing? Why is it an option? Why does ios15 default to this standard browsing and cannot be set to stay in private browsing? I haven’t yet been able to set my IOS 15 browsing to always default to Private Browsing…is that the way it is? I’d like to set the default just once and have it remain that way until I choose to change it back…presently, even when I select Private Browsing, Safari seem to flip it back a some points during a days activity without notifying…this may be something I’m overlooking…

Every webpage opened on Safari on MacBook Pro appears on iPhone as different websites and doesn’t close when closed on MacBook I have Handoff enabled on my iPhone/MacBook Pro, and instead of websites closing on phone when they would be closed on the laptop, all of them stay open, and appear under a new name for my MacBook. I think different clusters of open websites are from different sessions of browsing - a bunch of sites one day, one sites another day etc. It’s really annoying closing them one by one cause I have ocd.
