How can I disable ALL notifications temporarily

I would like to temporarily disable any and all notifications on my iPhone 12 mini running 15.1.1.

I have tried using Do Not Disturb and I’ve turned off all notifications in settings. I am still getting banners and notifications while trying to do a screen recording. Frustrating! I have 265 apps on this phone and I don’t want to have to shut them off individually. Is there any effective way to do this? TIA

Thanks for your help. That won’t really work though, as I need WiFi or data on to view the video I wish to screen record.

You can put the iPhone into Airplane Mode, and make sure wi-fi is off as well. That will prevent getting any outside mail, app information, calls, etc. Then when you are done, turn off Airplane Mode. That is probably the easiest given the number of apps you have that would need to be silenced. Unfortunately, there is no other way to turn off All Notifications with one switch.
