Dashlane by MacKeeper
Passwords have finally gotten to me! There is an app from MacKeeper
called "Dashlane" that offers a way to simplify my life Do you know
anything about it and does Apple approve

I haven't used Dashlane but it might be great. Do a search for Mac password managers. There will be many articles and recommendations, but I'd believe the long-time Mac journalism sites' advice over others. Personally, I've used 1Password for several years and it's been quite good.
