Updated to iOS 15.2 and Instagram Layout App stopped working. Starts to open then crashes.

I am having the same issue since the update. what I noticed is that layout doesn’t appear on the list of “apps with requested photo access” under “privacy”.
after reinstalling, the app doesn’t request access. It hangs on the opening screen and then closes.
No, a poster said to contact the App Developer.
i dont think apple cares. do they care about adobe or microsoft apps not working on new macs? layout will likely be back as a paid app if/when it returns. if anyone has found a comparable app to layout, please reply.
nope. still deleting and reloading app daily hoping for it to open. i wonder, since i upgraded, many photos and apps seem to work on the cloud rather than on my iphone, and is much slower to respond. i wonder if that would affect layout opening?
The App Developer is Instagram, owned by Facebook aka Meta (guy named Marc).
QUESTION: How does one get in touch with Facebook or Instagram support, to report their iphone app does not work?
I've sent messages to both companies via help links, with no response of course, because there is no direct support, unless u know someone in the company.
Maybe if i post to instagram that layout for instagram is not working, someone will notice? hahahah, yeah right.
Is it possible the cloud is getting in the way? i heard it's thick and cumulous.

My iphone weather app says it's clear outside at the moment. I would check but I would have to turn 90 degrees to the right. But seriously, same problem here: I just updated to iOS 15.2.1 on iPhone 8, and Instagram Layout app hangs on the opening screen. I've deleted/re-added the app, rebooted the phone # times. I guess it's history.
Did you get any help with this issue? I have the same problem opening the layout app, I just can’t open it, so frustrating!
That what I’m experiencing too. Have update iOS and removed app and reinstalled. App still crashes.
Have tried too. To many steps / screens and too complicated. No response. Tech support at its worst.
That's unfortunate. Hopefully they become more responsive and fix their issues.
