“Hey Siri” not responding while in Driving Focus

Since installing iOS 15.2 on my iPhone 13 Siri will not respond while in Driving Focus. If I turn Driving Focus off, Siri immediately works. I’ve scoured the Communities and other support websites with no luck using the suggestions there. I miss not being able to launch Music, podcasts, and starting navigation hands free while driving but still having the screening out of phone calls and texts provided by the Driving Focus. Is this a bug (it would seem so) or am I missing something?

Prior to the most recent update I could say hey Siri while driving and Siri would respond over the Bluetooth in my car. Now Siri does not respond when I say hey Siri. Nothing. I have to search for my phone while I am driving and press and hold the button to make Siri respond. This to me is definitely a bug

There is no issue in calling out Hey Sir while the driving focus is On.

Why do you say there is no issue, when this is precisely the issue! When I am driving I could shout hey Siri and Siri does not respond this is most definitely an issue
