Hi!!!
My iPhone 13 PRO MAX, which has iOS 15.2, only plays music from the ear speaker and not the lower speaker.
I have factory reset it so far, no success.
Any advice?
Even on phone calls, when I select speaker, it just makes the ear speaker louder.
Any help would be appreciated! <3

We see that you're having issues with one of your built-in iPhone speaker, and we'd like to help!
Just to make sure that we're on the same page, there are two different sections on the bottom of the iPhone. One section is the built-in stereo speaker and the other one is the built-in microphones. Please see this link and look for the section that says 'External Buttons and Connectors' to see an image of what we're referring to: iPhone 13 Pro

I have this problem too, and I just got the iPhone a month ago!!
There are two problems for me.
First one, there are two speakers on the iPhone 13, one is the earpiece speaker the other is the bottom speaker. The bottom speaker does not output any sound whatsoever, only the earpiece speaker does.
The second one, iPhone also gets really, really glitchy/non-responsive when I try to play anything with sound in it- Youtube videos, Photos videos, Spotify, even changing/testing the Ringers & Alerts volume makes the phone unresponsive for a moment.
I've tried hard resetting the iPhone and the problem still persists. PLSSSS HELP ITS A BRAND NEW PHONE (no external damage)!!
