How to resolve error 79?

I could not unzip a download file, my MacBook Air was given me an error 79 msg.

This is the error I get when I try to upgrade to Monterey: “The operation couldn’t be completed. (PKDownloadError error 8.)" I'm not sure what is wrong and I would love any advice on how to fix this. "The file can't be found." on booting... Everytime I start my MacBook Pro (intel chip), I get two error message. Both say "The file can't be found". This has been happening ever since I updated to big sur. I have to click on "OK" (twice) to make them go away. Neither does it tell you what file can't be found. I just updated to Ventura 13.1 and the problem remains. As does the control strip/touch bar issue. Is Apple going downhill...SMH.

Does this happen when you try to unzip all files, or just a certain one? Are you using these steps to try and unzip files? Zip and unzip files and folders on Mac

Which macOS version is your Mac running at this time? Find out which macOS your Mac is using
