iPhone 11 Pro Max noise from back of phone

I have heard this faint noise like the processor from the back of my phone constantly since I first got it. It hasn’t been an issue but recently since I’ve gotten close to the storage limit 512, I’ve noticed it’s been a little bit increased. Still super quiet, I have to be in a very quiet room with my ear near the back of the phone to hear it but it’s noisier than it was… I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem and if it cause any issues?
