My ear buds are working, I can hear my MacBook Pro stuff but NOT my zoom meetings?

Reinstall Zoom:

  1. Uninstall: Zoom
  2. Restart: the Mac
  3. Install: Zoom

Troubleshooting Zoom Volume:


A. Test the Speaker:

  1. Open: Zoom
  2. Go to: Zoom menu
  3. Select: Preferences...
  4. Select: Audio
  5. Click: Test Speaker

Do you hear anything?


B. Ask the Zoom Moderator:

See if the Moderator of the Zoom meeting is muting you out.
