Tonight the iPhone played a sound as if it had been lost, although it was lying next to me, the iWatch and airpods were in the room. Why was the sound played?

Are you sharing an Apple ID with someone? If so, you should not.
Do you recognize all devices signed into your Apple ID?
Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in - Apple Support
If you don't recognize a device, may want to consider changing your Apple ID password.
Otherwise, is it possible that you bumped the 'Play a Sound' option on your Apple Watch (used for locating a lost iPhone)?
