Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
(Sorry for bad grammar, English is not my first language) I have reasently found an old Ipod (gen 5 I think) and decided to put some music on it, but I keep getting this error Message, I have checked many forms online but none help

You need to edit your sync selection such that any tracks obtained from the Apple Music subscription service are excluded from it. These, and anything that might be in the cloud, cannot be synced to an iPod etc. Click the + next to the 3 total problems so you can see which items are causing this alert. Unchecking tracks in your library will usually exclude them from syncing, although that has other effects too. You could, for example, make a smart playlist that excludes Apple Music tracks and sync only this playlist plus others known to be safe to the device.
