Settings app missing completely

My settings app/icon has disappeared from my iPhone 12 (iOS15.2)

Even when I use the search function, it doesn't show up, the app isn't hiding in a folder somewhere.

Updating phone to newest iOS 15.2 didn't resolve it.

When I try restore phone via Apple Music app, it says I need to turn off Find My first before it can restore, but to turn that off I need to be able to access Settings....

help!

Check for it under the App Library. Next to the last page of the Home Screen. If it is in the App Library Touch, Hold and Drag the icon to Home Screen. That's it.
