Whenever I view any pdf on safari or chrome and try to read the file without downloading it, screen freezes as I try to scroll the file. I mean no smooth scrolling. Has anyone faced this issue with iPhone 13 pro or earlier models ?

Do you know if you are on cellular, or Wi-Fi, or it happens on Both?
as cliche and overused as it sounds, a bit of housekeeping to check too: be sure your cache is cleared too. I am in the habit now when I hard swipe to close, to also clear my history etc.
last: there maybe a time out issue. Wi-Fi can help this. Does it do it regardless size of file, or time of day?
It occurs on both cellular and Wi-Fi. I tried after cleaning cache also, doesn’t solve the issue.
