right shift and ctrl keys not working

hello,

my right shift and ctrl keys are not working on my macbook pro. i can type ?, !, etc., but only using left shift. additionally, when i try to right-click using my trackpad and ctrl keys, nothing happens- the menu with the usual options doesn't appear.

i've looked in my settings and can't seem to find anything- sticky keys and slow keys are off. i reset all keyboard defaults and shortcuts. what should i do? thanks for your help.

Hi,

Try to check your MacBook Pro keyboard and trackpad with Apple Diagnostics if it reports something related keyboard and trackpad error(Keyboard codes:NDK001, NDK003, NDK004. trackpad codes: NDR001, NDR003 to NDR006).
