HDCP Error when using Apple TV

I have a Samsung UN40N5200AFXZA TV and an Apple 4k TV A1842 both are direct ported to Ethernet.

A few programs from Hulu give me an HDCP error. Recently, one movie from HBO-Max gave me an HDCP error.

TV and Apple TV are up-to-date on software but just in-case...

TV was reset, apps were re-loaded and from SAMSUNG directly using their HULU and HBO-Max apps these shows run fine with no errors.

Apple TV was reset, new HDMI cable with HDCP compliance/compatibility was purchased and the apps were re-installed. Everything is up-to-date. On the Apple TV HULU and HBO-Max work fine with most shows but newer content still give HDCP errors.

I do not have this problem if I open and run HULU and HBO-Max apps on the SAMSUNG.... and I do not have this problem when I use the Apple TV app on the SAMSUNG.

It is only when I run these apps on the Apple TV and only newer content.

Thanks Rudegar. I have tried 4 different HDMI cables now in every HDMI port and two different TVs and this issue continues. Both TVs have internal apps and run the shows fine. When I hook up other peripheral devices with the 4 other HDMI cables they operate as normal. When I try to play the shows on the apps in the Apple TV I get the HDCP error messages. I spent over 3-hours on the phone with HULU tech support today in hopes it was a 3rd party app issue but it does not seem to be one.
