Can I get 2 versions of the same app on my iphone, by using 2 Apple IDs? But will be available using 1 ID? (needed for medical reasons)
I’d like to understand if apps are stored on the phone or only with an ID.

You can only log in with one Apple ID at any given time.
If you log out from one Apple ID you will not be able to have access to all the services that were available with the Apple ID
