Native volte video call not supported on iphone

Why apple does not care to provide native video calling option on lte like android does.

iPhone Provides FaceTime for making video calls to other iOS/iPad/macOS users.

There are many Social Networking apps nowadays which does this task with ease using 4G/3G network. I am not sure what advantage you have with Native Video Calling over the Social Networking apps. The "Native Video Calling" cannot be made to a PC

FaceTime calls can be made to a Mac and from a Mac to other devices of course not to Android devices.

facetiime is applicable only to apple ecosystem

I know there are tons of video calling app like whatsapp which does allow to do video calling. But these app require stable and fast internet speed. Where as native video call doesnot consume data , and works smoothly on low speed internet as well seemlessly
