Apple ID password problem
Hello, yesterday my daughter got new iPhone 11 and we went through all the registration to start using it. In step -set your Apple ID- we registered a brand new email -her "name.surname@icloud.com" and created password. All seemed to be fine and working well. She also downloaded first app from AppStore accessing it with Apple ID + Password. Today if we want to confirm the iCloud Email (her Apple ID) with the password the answer is the the password is invalid. We tried to change the password and it is the same problem. Even factory setting is impossible due to invalid password. What should I please do. Many thanks. David
