Apple Watch sensors doesn’t work properly

I have an apple watch series 3 gps+Cellular model, the sensors doesn’t work properly for almost an year now….. every time i try to restart the watch it works for a while and same issue.

it can’t read heart rate or step count(any activity data) also the raise on hand doesn’t work properly too.

I tried multiple things, reset the watch and restore from backup, works until the next charge or bedside mode and goes into repeat instance.

I have seen a similar post on apple way back in AUGUST 2020, is it deliberate for few models of series 3
