How do I open two Photos windows at the same time on Mac?
I need to browse two albums and move images from one to another. I just spent a ridiculous half an hour trying to figure it out but to no avail.

Thanks Iéoine,
I understand.
What I don't understand though is why is this a good solution. Why can't we just open two windows, browse, drag, and done? It would be the simplest and most effective solution. Something you can do on WIndows intuitively, without even thinking about it.
I can't help myself but think that Windows is just a more intuitive, simply effective, time-saving system. I'm not being a dick here, I'm sure Mac has its advantages, it's just my impressions after three weeks of using Mac. I'm honestly disappointed.

You can only browse one album at a time in Photos for Mac. But we can easily drag photos from one album to another album, by dragging the photos onto the destination album in the sidebar.
When I want to see two albums at the same time, I am using PowerPhotos as a second browser for my Photos Library. With the Photos library open in Photos and PowerPhotos at the same time, I can compare the albums. Power Photos (https://www.fatcatsoftware.com) is a very versatile add-on for Photos. The free trial version suffices a second browser for Photos and allows us to switch quickly between libraries. It can also show us the albums in a nice list view withe the metadata listed in column. The full, paid version is useful to search fro duplicates or to merge libraries.
If you are using iCloud Photos, you could open the Photos library also in the web browser. Open www.icloud.com in a browser, sign in with your AppleID, then open the Photos.app to show you your iCloud Photos. Open one of the albums there, the other album directly in Photos on your Mac. Now you can also compare your albums.
