radley smart watch

I have a Radley smart watch ( series 5) and have downloaded the Radley London app to my IPhone 13 pro. However the notifications keep disabling so I am not getting any notifications to my watch. I switch them back on within the app, come out if settings and they switch off again

The notifications are also switched on within the phone itself

i have looked on the Radley website for help but it only advises how to switch them on and off.

I have deleted the Radley app and reinstalled it and it is still the same.

Not sure if the issue is with the phone and it not liking a none apple device?

anyone have any suggestions please
