camera restricted

hello I was messing around with the settings on my MacBook and at some point I turned off camera access to all of my devices. A couple of days went by and I forgot what and where the setting was that I changed. when I go to my camera on an app it says that camera access has been restricted. apple says simply go to my settings-general-restrictions but I can't find restrictions anywhere on any of my devices please help I need my camera to scan for work.
