transfer not supported

I bought a new iPad, when trying to transfer apps it is telling me that the transfer is not supported what do I do?

Thanks for those details. Is the new iPad fully updated? You'll want to make sure the iPad you already owned isn't on a later iPadOS version than the new one. If needed, see how to update here: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


If your new iPad is already updated, reach out for further support here: Contact Apple Support
