Icloud has been disabled

My iCloud account has been disabled I need it to be reinstated I need to be able to log back into email

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes" or "You cannot login because your account has been locked", click here and read what to do ➞ https://support.apple.com/HT208856


Read the support article "If your Apple ID is locked or disabled"; it has solutions for two frequently encountered reasons for an account to be disabled/locked. Click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT204106


I know there's some redundancy in the documents but apparently I need to post both here because not everybody is aware of that.
