The shareplay tab does not appear in my instance of Monterey

My instance of FaceTime is Version :Version 5.0 (3080)

I yet when I select the preferences for FaceTime, it does not present me with the tab I for "SharePlay"...

What can I do to cause this preference tab to appear?
