voice dictation not working

After upgrading to 15.1 OS on my iPhone XS my voice dictation on messaging is haywire....inserts words that have no relevance or connection to what i am saying

Have you selected proper Dictionary Language? Like in India we select English (India). See the pic below. This depends on the keyboard that you have selected. Settings > General > Keyboard

You may see and add a dictionary from your own country --> Use Dictation on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple ...

Everything is set correctly...the issue started after I download 15.1 OS....the messaging dictation understands all my words but every few words inserts words that have no relevance to my conversation...like....."hello, I\pronoun would like to find a deal which is a \determiner" etc etc so utter garbage. So have to spend more time fixing errors than if i was typing

no fix...took it to an Apple store and they pretty much just told me to download a new messaging system. Of course they would not admit to it being caused by downloading the OS 15 or its associated updates.
