Can I use the thunderbolt 4 connector on the MacBook Pro 2021 to output 4K 120Hz.

So I know the HDMI port is HDMI 2.0 Specs with a max of 4K@60Hz. I was wondering if I could use the Thunderbolt 4.0 to use with my LG C1.

I have a TB3 Pro cable but it seems to max out at 4K@60. I asked apple support the same and they confirmed the TB4 on Macbook Pro 2021 is limited to 4K@60.
