My Photos app doesn't scan for faces for weeks now. I always plug it in every night but it still doesn't scan for faces. And it shows this message in people:
It works fine on iOS 15.1. But it stopped scanning after I update to iOS 15.2 for one week
I've tried restarting my iPhone, turn off and on iCloud Photos but it doesn't work

If you have a lot of pictures it will takes a lot of time to update , if you have a slow internet speed that won’t help the iPhone to complete the update , leave it plugged in with the charger and connected to the wifi , with data that process won’t work

Thank you for your suggestions. But I take very few photos, about 1-2 photos a day. And my wifi speed is consistent and fast. So there's no reasons my photos are not being scanned. My wifi speed some months ago is worse than now but it still scans all my photos after just one night. It just stops scanning for new faces about 2 weeks ago.
I think this issue is relating to the software. Maybe a bug.
