iPhone icons missing - older installed ones

Well I have restarted and downloaded a new app, and it shows up.

BUT I have about 6 icons (older installed) on the newly installed group in the library that I can’t seem to get to show up in the Home Screen, like PayPal, Wish, and other apps.

Any way to drag them from that group to the Home Screen.

I tried to update my post earlier and this site keeps saying I timed out…
