Storage says it’s full but My mb don’t add up

iPhone storage says 127gb used out of 128 gb, HOWEVER I do not download videos or music. The largest app I use is photos which is only 3.0 gb while all other apps are MB and at most add up to 30 GB TOTAL. This is definitely not possible because I just got the IPHONE 11 and I hardly use my phone except texts and pictures.
