Storage says it’s full but My mb don’t add up

iPhone storage says 127gb used out of 128 gb, HOWEVER I do not download videos or music. The largest app I use is photos which is only 3.0 gb while all other apps are MB and at most add up to 30 GB TOTAL. This is definitely not possible because I just got the IPHONE 11 and I hardly use my phone except texts and pictures. I’ve deleted TOO MUCH OF MY ONLY CHILD IN HOPES TO CLEAR UP some more space BUT I’m not even able to take a video. Please help. “ Apps “ seem to be the “ so called problem “. See picture,
