My problem is when I try to do a factory restore on my IPad 7th gen (it's updated to latest ipados) with iTunes it tells me I need the latest version of iTunes to restore.

Its updated and I also used the apple software update tool to check and it tells me it's current.

If the problem is that In need version 12.12.2, My PC running Win7 wont support iTunes version 12.12.2.

Hence I can't do the restore on my Ipad because of this. Is there anything I can do?

What do I do?

Go to an Apple Store, or Apple Authorised Service Provider, or find a family member or friend with a recent computer / OS. That’s the only other solution I can think of.
