Is anyone else having problems with messages blocked? Friends and family messages that I have been texting for years are coming back. They tell me it’s not their phone. APPLE told me to be sure to unblock in phone and messages. I unblocked everything and it’s still happening. They people weren’t blocked anyway. Someone suggested resetting phone. I’m hesitant, but at my wit’s end.
The only thing that helped was contacting T-Mobile. They said I must have done it accidentally on line. They removed the block. It was at the same time that I got my new phone and I know that I did not accidentally do this online. But it is fixed.
