How do I change my AirDrop image on a Mac?

If I try to send an image via Airdrop to another apple device, a very old photo appears of me. I would like to change it, but I can't seem to find where to change specifically the Airdrop image. It is not the same as the computer user image nor the image in contacts.

Things I've tried but didn't effect my Airdrop image:

- changing my iCloud profile picture

- changing the icon on Settings > Users & Groups

- changing the icon in my Contacts > My Card
