all of the photos on my iPhone are not all on my MacBook Air, how do I make them all appear on my MacBook?

My MacBook has some of the photos from my iPhone on it but not all of them, how do I make them all appear in my MacBook?

You can sync manually: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201313


Or, turn on iCloud photos on both devices:

iPhone: Settings > Photos

Mac: Open Photos, Photos > Preferences > iCloud
