My update has paused and I cannot get it restarted. Any advise?

Try to connect my Apple Watch with my iPhone and the update paused and I am unable to get it started again. I’ve turned off the phone I’ve unpaired and paired but nothing has worked. Any ideas?

Have you tried updating from the watch not the phone?.
