Apple ID could not sign in

Hey, today I realized that I can't download anything from the App Store. I was trying to download a few apps and it asked me to enter Apple ID password in order to use finger print. However, after I entered password, the app wasn't downloading and I could try to download it again and again. So, I signed out from App Store and now it is impossible to join. I write the username and password and it shows that "could not sign in". I tried literally everything (network settings reset, new password and etc). What can be the problem and how to solve it?

App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - If you can't connect   *


Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch    *


Try a forced restart. See the section towards the end of the article.


Reset Device. -


If necessary


Hard reset.     -


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting.      *


Restore - If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.   *


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.     *
