keyboard doesn't work properly

Hello,

I went to genius bar recently for an issue separate than the one I am writing about below. While there my Genius Bar Support informed me that there was a recall on my keyboard. The keyboard is sticky at times and hard to press certain keys intermittently. She said I would be able to contact apple support to get this issue fixed as there was a recall on this keyboard for my macbook pro. How do I go about this to send my keyboard in for the recall to get fixed?
