Phantom Alarm Notifications

After updating from a lower OS to iOS 14, my iPhone 8+ copied the 2 alarms I had active and seemed to let them run in the background. Now at those times, the alarms will show a notification for them.

I have used Siri to clear alarms, yet it persists. Is there any solution to this? I don't particularly want to attempt a reset and find that it doesn't work.
