Alarms will not play through headphones.

I’ve tried everything and I cannot get any alarms to sound through Bluetooth headphones - never have been. I’m on iPhone 11Pro and iOS 15.2. I just want it to sound through both my Bluetooth headphones and the physical device - the default behavior described in every help article. I’ve tried My AirPods Pro, Jabra Elite 75t, Kokoon Nightbuds, and Bose NC 700 - none of them work. My alarms only ring on my phone’s speakers, but I find that I enjoy sleeping with headphones on, but it’s a gamble that I won’t hear my alarm.

Hi there CountessCurmudgeon,

We understand you're only hearing alarm sounds on your iPhone 11 Pro and not on Bluetooth headphones.

You mentioned sleeping with the headphones on, are they paired and playing audio at the time that the alarm sounds?

If no audio is playing, try setting an alarm and listening to audio with your Bluetooth headphones. Does the alarm then sound through them as expected?

Thanks!
