Ipad screen timeout at 2 minutes
My ipad screen dims at 2 minutes and that is the only choice given in settings. There used to be time choices in settings. . I have no parental controls on.

Is your iPad issued to you by your place of employment or school? If YES, then the Auto-Lock timing is controlled by a profile installed on the iPad by the administrator.
Did you purchase the iPad secondhand? If YES, then did you remove all of the settings and data that belonged to the previous owner?
Try turning Screen Time OFF. This action would remove any Content & Privacy Restrictions that may be interfering. Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Turn OFF Screen Time.
