Adobe Lightroom Classic Crashing on MBP M1

MBP 13”, M1, 2020

Hi my name is Barry and I am pro photographer and not an IT person at all so I am baffled by what seems to be happening! I use adobe Lightroom Classic CC desktop and photoshop. For Christmas I installed Apple TV 4K and four HomePod minis (2 in Livingroom/2 in master). So here is the deal I use my MBP for both photo editing and airplay for house sound. Anytime I am trying to do both Lightroom refuses to open and crashes with an error! As soon as I turn off airplay on my MBP Lightroom opens fine! Also I can use my iPhone to airplay and Lightroom works perfectly! Can’t wrap my head around this! Any ideas? I am also posting on Adobe.

Hello barryd,

If we're understanding you right Adobe Lightroom crashes on your MacBook Pro when you use Airplay for music. Being that you're a pro photographer we can understand how important it would be to get something like this resolved. We're happy to help out.

If you haven't done so already try out the troubleshooting steps listed in this support article: If an app on your Mac stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open.
