Solo loop for Apple Watch

I received an Apple Watch for Christmas but the solo loop strap is too big, are you able to exchange or do I have to buy a whole new one because I’ve opened the packaging?

Have an Apple Store near you? If yes, and it is open, take it there and see if they have one your size. If not, click on the Get Support link at the top right of this page to contact Apple Support.
