I moved from ATT to Xfinity mobile. My wife’s voicemail access has disappeared. I can not reset the password or even listen to what is there. What’s up? My voicemail is working fine

Contact Xfinity, voicemail is a phone carrier feature, not Apples.

When you change carriers you lose all of your voicemails, which are stored on your carrier’s voicemail server. The voicemail app on the iPhone just provides access to the contents of the carrier’s server, it is not an independent function.
The solution was, as correctly predicted, going to Xfinity store and they resetting the network for her
However we lost nothing from previous voicemails, etc.
