Home Sharing home videos.
Recently added imported some new home videos to TV app/library on iMac. My old videos can be watched on other devices (AppleTV/iphones) via Home Sharing, the new ones aren't there.

Use Home Sharing to share media from a computer to other devices - Apple Support
On iPhone, Home Sharing files appear in the TV app. With iOS 15 Home Sharing libraries, home videos are lumped in with movies.
On Apple TV, Home Sharing files appear in the Computers app (not the TV app!). With Home Sharing libraries, Home Videos have their own tab or sub-tab.
Some content may be compatible with your Mac, but not compatible with Apple TV or the player of the Computers app. The media files have to be compatible with all. For best compatibility, use .mp4/.m4v/.mov format files with H.264 video and AAC audio. Imported incompatible files should still show, but may not play.
New additions should be live updated across devices, but if it doesn’t show, then restart those devices.

Unless someone else chimes in with a new idea, I would suggest to contact an expert from the Apple Support staff for further assistance. Contact Apple for support and service (phone numbers) or start your support request online (chat/email/callback).
All videos created in Final Cut Pro and converted/exported as Quicktime movies. Movies appear in and play in Mac library. Do not appear in Computers app on Apple or on IOS devices. Mac updated to Monterey and AppleTV is updated. Performed numerous restarts.
After talking with Senior Support Advisor Keith & screen sharing, it was determined that the movie files needed to be converted from Quicktime to MPEG-4. From TV app on Mac, click FILE>Convert>Create Apple TV Version.

Try turning Home Sharing off and on.
Home Sharing had been and continues to work for my previous existing content. Issue is with new videos. All video in library have been check-marked.
Will do. Thanks for your suggestions!
