problem with a new iph 12

hi, ive recently bought a new iph 12, and after adding a card to apple pay, i experienced a problem.

so, when i push the on off button, my phone waits a second and only the turns off. Ive already surfed the internet and found that the problem could occur due to the apple pay. After i read this, i turned double click on the button off. But the problem remained. Then i tried to turn off the emergency call(cause it required triple click), but it also didnt help to solve my problem.

You have to double click pretty rapidly. I would try a forced restart of your iPhone before trying again.

but its not the problem.

i have a trouble with turn off delay.

so when i click the button, it waits a second

Sorry, I'm not familiar with "it waits a second". Are you saying if you do a quick "click-click" physically after the first one it locks and won't let you rapidly click it a second time?
