Mac installion stuck

So basically when I almost complete the upgrade am stuck at the no text with apple bae and progress am using a mid 2010 MacBook Pro.

Force shutdown my any means including the Power Button.

Restart and immediately hold the SHIFT key until the Apple Logo is presented. The, release. This is Safe Mode and may or may not allow the upgrade process to complete.
