My iphone se 2020 will automatically shut itself down and goes to my lock screen when it is awake but it does this like for 3 minutes straight and I don’t know what is going.

If Auto-Lock is set 3 minutes, the iPhone will automatically shut itself down after 3 minutes.
Then you have to unlock the iPhone with your passcode, if you use a passcode, see this Apple article:
