It appears to be the the Control Stip portion of your Touchbar:

On your Intel Mac w/ T2 chip —the best you can do in an effort to sort the issue yourself is both:

• resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295
• resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379

(get at least two-three rounds of the chimes when holding the NRAM Reset)

Use the Get Support link in the upper right of this webpage, and discuss this directly with Apple Support.

Have you restarted? If not do so. If that does nothing restart in safe mode and let it sit for 10 minutes then restart normal and check the bar.
