what if the computer and charger symbol doesnt show up?

My baby forgot her password to her phone and its been powered off. I was able to get in her Icloud account but the steps its telling me to take to reset her password is not working. What can I do?

Help forgot my password to iphone I delete old iPhone from my apple account and i gave the phone to my child for play. The child changed the password and forgot that. Now the iphone is locked and i cannot do anything. I try to take contact to apple service but i cannot log in because the phone isn´t in my account anymore. What should I do?

Which steps, exactly, are not working? When those steps are not working, then which error notification do you see on your screen?
