I have new iPad 9th generation with Wi-Fi cellular and I’m traveling on a cruise around the world and have turned something off by mistake and it wont work can you help me get it going again? I’m near Colon Panama

Wi-Fi and cellular are two different ways to interconnect.
Control Center can be used to enable and disable Wi-afi, and enable and disable cellular.
